HAAKE™ MARS™ iQ / Air Rotational Rheometer
A smarter, modular rheometer platform for daily quality control. The MARS iQ series delivers fast, consistent characterization of samples from water-like to semi-solid, guided by a multilingual 7″ touchscreen and HAAKE RheoWin™ PC software for SOP-driven workflows. With “Assist” features—including Connect Assist for correct geometry recognition—the system minimizes user error and speeds changeovers across rotational and oscillatory methods. Choose MARS iQ (ball-bearing) or MARS iQ Air (air-bearing) to match sensitivity requirements, then extend into texture analysis, tribology, extensional and pressure-dependent testing using a broad accessory portfolio. For challenging conditions, the temperature chamber expands capability to roughly −150 °C* to +450 °C with tool-free swaps, and optional “View Assist” camera supports sample observation. *Lowest temperature depends on cooling method.

Choose the robust MARS iQ (ball-bearing) or the ultra-sensitive MARS iQ Air (air-bearing) for very low torque work. Both support rotational and oscillatory testing with yield, creep/recovery, and normal-force methods; they can extend into texture analysis, tribology, DMTA, extensional and pressure-dependent tests (up to 600 bar) using a broad accessory portfolio.
With quick-connect geometries (cone/plate, parallel plates, coaxial cylinders, vane rotors) and temperature control options covering an exceptionally wide range (about −150 °C* to +450 °C) via the temperature chamber—plus optional “View Assist” camera—the system adapts from water-like liquids to semi-solids while keeping sample handling convenient. *Lowest temperature depends on cooling method.
